We believe a guitar should be heard in the room where it will be played. For in-stock instruments, you have 30 days from delivery to get to know it at home. If you change your mind, contact us and we will guide the return.

Many parts are prepared in advance, so most custom-built guitars are ready in about 4-8 weeks. If you need a specific date, contact us and we will check the workshop schedule.
We use express courier delivery with full insurance. Instruments are packed in dedicated cartons prepared for long journeys, including overseas shipping.
For US deliveries, the cart can add a DDP import cover: insured transport, current guitar duty, current additional US duty, formal entry, broker, and handling fees so the courier should not ask for another import payment at delivery.
